I offer individual counselling for adults experiencing stress, anxiety, emotional overload, or reliance on coping behaviours that begun to interfere with daily functioning or sense of control.

​

Counselling provides a confidential space to understand patterns and support meaningful change. Work can be structured and time limited with the option to continue longer term where appropriate.

How it works

​

Where helpful, I may suggest begining work with agreed block of sessions. This allows time to establish focus, continuity and shared direction.

​

After a block finishes, we review progress and decide together wether to:

Complete the work, or begin another block or continue in a more open ended way with regular review.

FOCUSED COACHING

Single sessions: £80

6 sessions block: £450

 

60 minutes session

Focused coaching is offered to individuaks seeking practical, outcome orientated support rather than therapeutic exploration.

This is structured, time limited work useful for:

Decision making and clarity. Boundaries at work or in relationships, structured behaviour change, practical support during life transitions

​

Coaching is not therapy. It is goal focused and does not involve emotional processing or trauma work.
