50 minutes session

A warm, non-judgmental space to explore what’s really going on. Together, we’ll unpack what’s beneath the surface: old wounds, protective patterns, unspoken grief, anxiety or disconnection.

  •  Stress, burnout, perfectionism and people-pleasing

  • Trauma (including relational, developmental & emotional neglect)

  • Grief, transitions, major life changes and relationship challenges

  • Self-esteem and confidence issues

  • Addiction and emotional sobriety

  • Feeling lost, stuck, or “not like yourself” anymore

  • Cultural displacement or identity confusion (especially for expats)​

FOCUSED COACHING

Single session: £80

6 sessions block: £450

60 minutes session

For those who don’t want long-term therapy but know something needs to shift.

 

Maybe you’re reassessing your relationship with overworking, or other habits that don’t align with who you want to be. Coaching gives you short-term, focused support with a practical and compassionate edge.

 

Ideal for:

  • Burnout recovery

  • Communication, confidence and boundaries at work

  • Life transitions and decision-making

  • Rebuilding boundaries, clarity, and emotional regulation

  • Exploring sobriety or “grey area drinking”

Coaching is not therapy. It is goal focused and does not involve emotional processing or trauma work.
